Administration & Office Support / Reception

3 - 15 hours of work available You will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house service across our physiotherapy clinic, 24/7 gym, and Pilates studio. This role acts as the first point of contact for clients and members, managing bookings, enquiries, payments, and general reception duties while ensuring a warm and professional environment. The position supports daily operations, assists practitioners and instructors, and helps maintain a seamless and positive experience for everyone who visits our multidisciplinary health and wellness facility.
