Our Business Support Co-ordinator is crucial to our day to day operation. We want someone commercially savy (knows when the numbers looks wrong and has a sound head for business), can help to prepare our property reports (format is set up in Canva, preparing calculations and graphs and tables following our formulas and structure), can maintain our airtables with property stock lists, liaise confidently with developers to ensure our stock information is up-to-date, help preparing contracts and agreements (good at detail), and prepare investment-centric marketing information. You'll be good with numbers, able to write capably, generally confident to try your hand at most things, keen to learn and grow your knowledge of residential investment property.
