Business Support Co-ordinator Location: Christchurch Central Employment type: Permanent Part Time (could be full time depending on the person) About the Role Our Business Support Co-ordinator is central to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This role blends business savvy, attention to detail, and creative problem solving. You’ll work closely with our team to keep our property reports, marketing materials, and stock information accurate, professional, and investor-ready. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage numbers, pick up on errors or inconsistencies, communicate clearly with developers, and roll up their sleeves across a wide range of tasks. If you enjoy variety, have a good head for business, and want to grow your knowledge in residential investment property, this role is for you. This role could be full or part time depending on the applicant. Key Responsibilities Property reporting: Prepare property reports in Canva, including calculations, graphs, and tables using our set templates and formulas. Data & stock management: Maintain Airtable databases with up-to-date property stock lists, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Developer liaison: Communicate directly with developers to confirm property information and update availability. Contracts & agreements: Assist with preparing and checking documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Marketing support: Create and format investor-focused marketing materials and information packs. Business oversight: Spot errors or anomalies in numbers and provide a commercially sound perspective on data and reporting. About You: Strong numerical skills and the ability to identify when figures “don’t look right.” Capable writer with good attention to detail and clear communication skills. Confident, professional, and comfortable liaising with external stakeholders. Tech-savvy and able to pick up tools like Canva, Airtable, and reporting templates quickly. Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in keeping systems and processes updated. Keen to learn and grow knowledge in residential investment property and related areas.
