We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our physiotherapy clinic as casual admin support, 4-5 days per week. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic — greeting clients, answering calls, and helping manage our appointment schedule in Cliniko. You’ll handle daily reception tasks such as taking payments, processing ACC details, and supporting practitioners with rebooking clients. You’ll also help keep the clinic running smoothly by maintaining a tidy reception area, assisting with laundry and basic stock checks, and flagging any unpaid invoices or cancellations. This role suits someone who is approachable, reliable, and enjoys providing excellent client service in a supportive team environment.
