This vacancy is for a casual assistant to support our workshop manager with maintenance, manufacture and construction of machinery, buildings and equipment associated with Horticulture production. We grow fresh cut flowers in greenhouses and use/develop machinery for specific uses. This includes projects requiring engineering knowledge and ability, including designing new or modifying existing machinery for specific tasks. Some projects can be used towards your Engineering qualifications. Hours would depend on current projects. We can work around hours of studies and exams etc. Our standard hours are Mon-Fri, 7.30am to 4.30pm. No weekend work required
