Come work with one of the greatest ticketing companies in town - iTICKET! We are looking for a couple of awesome customer service specialists to assist us with ticket sales for the Auckland Armageddon Expo at the Auckland Showgrounds!

Shifts will be allocated closer to the time, but applicants must be available for all of the following dates:

Friday October 24 - 6pm to 9pm

Saturday October 25 - 9am to 6pm

Sunday October 26 - 9am to 6pm

Monday October 27 - 10am to 5pm

*Collection of an iTICKET shirt and a brief training session may be required prior to the event at our HQ on New North Road, Kingsland.

You'll need to...
- have previous experience working with POS systems
- have a great attitude and be passionate about providing a great customer experience;
- be happy working at a quick and efficient pace; - be ready to quickly learn how our sales system works;
- be 100% reliable and trustworthy;
- have previous customer service experience;

UNIFORM
Please wear tidy black pants/skirt and a black top - we will provide you with an iTICKET t-shirt & Jacket to wear on site. Long sleeves are able to be worn under your iTICKET shirt, but you are unable to wear non-iTICKET jackets over your shirt.

TRANSPORT
Please find your own way to and from Auckland Showgrounds. No free on-site parking available.
