About the role

We distribute New Zealand–made beverages across e-commerce and wholesale channels. We’re hiring 1–2 reliable, detail-minded people to help pack orders and handle stock in our warehouse. Schedules are very flexible (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; Sat/Sun available if preferred).

What you’ll do

• Pick, pack & dispatch e-commerce and wholesale orders with high accuracy.
• Book couriers & freight (e.g., Post Haste), print labels, manifest consignments, and track deliveries.
• Inventory & stock handling: receive inwards goods, restock shelves, cycle counts, organise pallets.
• Production support (as needed): assemble boxes, apply labels, assist small-batch bottling/packing.
• Customer support (light): reply to simple order/delivery queries by email/phone with a friendly tone.

You’ll be great at this if you

• Have strong attention to detail and can follow pick lists/labels accurately.
• Are practical and organised, comfortable on your feet and doing repetitive tasks.
• Are physically capable (lifting up to 5~10 kg at times; standing for periods).
• Have basic computer skills (printing labels, using courier portals, reply emails, Shopify/Unleashed/Upstock a bonus).
• Are reliable, punctual, and communicate clearly with the team.

Nice to have (not required)

• Previous warehouse, logistics, retail, or hospitality experience

Shift pattern

• You choose 4–8 hour blocks, mostly between Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm; weekends available
