Hello! We looking for a responsible person to look after our children after school, from 2.45pm – 5.45pm, 3 days a week between Monday to Thursday. The position is available starting the second week of November through until mid December.

Applicants must be available from 2.45pm, to make school pick-up.

Duties include:

• Picking up our friendly schnoodle dog at 2.45pm to walk to school pick up
• School pick-up at 3pm
• Ferrying to and from after school activities, providing afternoon tea, basic dinner prep
• Helping with homework (eg, basic maths / learning timestables)
• Helping around the house (bringing washing in, unpacking the dishwasher, general tidy-up etc)

About us:
We are a busy family with three children aged 7, 9 and 10. The children are great company, are into sports, art, music and anything fun, and are very social.

It’s a nice walk/bike/scoot home from school down the road most days. In walking distance also are the shops, parks, soccer fields, library or Paekawakawa reserve.

We are looking for someone reliable, honest, who is confident with children and who doesn’t mind the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
A clean, full drivers' licence is required as you will need to drive kids to after school activities or sports practice. You will not need your own car.
