Are you a tenacious problem-solver with a passion for data quality? We are seeking an analytical professional who not only loves working with data, but thoroughly enjoys the investigative and reconciliation process essential for resolving complex data challenges.
About the Role
The successful candidate will join a permanent, full-time function dedicated to data quality within our Wellington Central office. Key duties include:
- Resolving documented data collection issues.
- Validating the accuracy of all incoming data streams.
- Managing and responding to all internal data inquiries.
- Reconciling data quality to maintain system standards.
This role includes flexible working arrangements, allowing up to two days a week working from home upon successful completion of training.
About You
As the core technical resource for the team, you must demonstrate:
- Essential Excel Skills: Proven intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency, with substantial experience in both writing and understanding formulas.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills are required to effectively function as the 'go to' person for support and guidance.
- Professional Curiosity: A highly curious and investigative mindset when working with complex data.
- Relationship Management: Strong capacity for building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
