- Supportive Crew Culture – Join a close-knit, values-driven team that backs each other, shares the load, and celebrates every small win that adds up to big change.
OUR MISSION
At Nonstop Solutions, we don’t just talk about sustainability - we build it. We’re the crew behind the scenes, designing and delivering waste systems that keep events, venues, and businesses moving toward a waste-free future. Our mission? To make sustainability the system, not the afterthought.
THE ROLE
Our Resource Support is the backbone of Nonstop’s operation. This isn’t a desk job. This is hands-on, practical, dirty mahi: sorting waste, maintaining gear, loading vans, prepping and cleaning event kits, and keeping our warehouse humming. You’re the one making sure the crew is always ready to roll - clean kits, stocked uniforms, charged vans, and a warehouse that works like clockwork. And when the big days hit? You must be willing to be right there on-site as well, part of the frontline waste minimisation crew. You must have a full, clean drivers license to apply.
KEY DUTIES (a.k.a. What You’ll Do)
- Keep the Nonstop HQ running: gear sorted, kits packed, stock tracked.
- Clean, maintain, and repair uniform and resources within 1–2 working days.
- Maintain, clean, and charge the Nonstop van.
- Track gear, log losses, and keep supplies flowing.
- Manage waste streams in the warehouse + hard-to-dispose-of items.
- Monitor donations, free table, and Nonstop’s TradeMe/FB Marketplace ops.
- Pack, deliver, and return event kits so the crew can hit the ground running.
- Jump in at events: from set-up to onsite waste management to pack-down, working the waste minimisation plan like a pro.
- Help keep our shared space a space we’re proud of.
WHY NONSTOP?
At Nonstop, you’re not just an employee - you’re part of a team shaping the way Aotearoa does sustainability. You’ll join a crew that’s not afraid to get dirty, do the work, and back each other. Every task, from scrubbing gear to driving vans, stacks up to something bigger: events and systems that prove waste-free futures are possible. If you’re keen to be part of a movement that’s bold, practical, and built on real action - this is the role for you.
