Event Staff FoodbyFire

Report to and take instructions from Head Chef Josh Hunter and Managing Director Rod Thomson

Coordinate with other members of the staff to ensure tasks are completed on time

Unload equipment and set up venues, such as chairs, tables, Cutlery, Glassware

Ensure cleanliness and organisation of venues

Operate the cash register and collect payments at certain events

Greet Clients in the utmost courteous and professional manner

Work at events serving food and drinks

Answer questions and provide relevant information for Guests and Clients

Clean the area and setup after the event and check equipment for damages or missing parts and notify head chef Josh Hunter

Pack up equipment and other inventory when the event is over

Follow event safety standards and regulations

Ensure that Pack Ins for events are done and checked off with the inventory list provided
