1. Operate the ice production line – including
bagging, stacking, pelleting and wrapping finished product

2. Ensure accurate labelling of product

3. Ensure safe and accurate filling of bulk product
containers

4. Undertake cleaning of plant and equipment as
directed

5. Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy factory
area and yard

6. Undertake pallet management as directed,
including cleaning, repairing, stacking and preparation

7. Ensure safe operation of machinery and vehicles
as instructed

8. Display, at all times, a willingness and ability
to follow all reasonable instruction

9. Display, at all times, awareness of and
adherence to Food Safety requirements

10. Safely store and re-pallet any product removed
from trucks as per HACCP and Food Safety Standards

11. Undertake all other duties as reasonably
required by management

12. Ensure compliance with employee responsibilities
at the start and finish of each shift

13. Any other reasonable directions.
