📍 Location: Pequeño
💰 Pay Rate: $24-$28, depending on experience
🕐 Hours: Friday & Saturday Nights 6pm start

About Us:

Pequeño is one of Dunedin's oldest cocktail bars, we are proudly known for our expertly crafted cocktails, ambience and top service. We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team and shake up some incredible drinks!

The Role:

As a Cocktail Bartender, you’ll be responsible for creating high-quality cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to an unforgettable guest experience. Your role will include:

✔️ Mixing and serving classic and signature cocktails with precision
✔️ Engaging with customers and making tailored drink recommendations
✔️ Maintaining a clean workspace & environment
✔️ Processing orders and payments efficiently
✔️ Following sale & supply of alcohol act
✔️ Working as part of a fast-paced, fun, and professional team

About You:

We’re looking for someone who has:
🔹 Previous experience in cocktail bartending (preferred but not essential)
🔹 Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail-making techniques
🔹 A passion for mixology and customer service
🔹 A friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
🔹 The ability to work nights and weekends as required
🔹 Servewise or williness to obtain
