The research technician will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, management, measurement and reporting of field and glasshouse trials we are running over summer for R&D projects. You will need to have a methodical approach to all tasks, be extremely organised and enjoy interactions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and Trial Set-up
• Implementation of Trials
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults issues with trials
• Work in a team player mind set
• Work and interact with key stakeholders
• Measurement and harvest of trials
• Reporting data to all stakeholders

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Experience in the agriculture industry or similar
• Interest in sustainable agriculture
• Computer literate (mechanical software systems experience an advantage)
• Willing and able to work on a wide range of projects
• Good written and verbal communication with good time management skills
• Able to maintain good relationships with stakeholders
