Dental Assistant / Clinical Support – Casual Weekday Role

Location: central City Auckland
Hours: Casual, Monday–Friday between 8.30 am and 6 pm (hours vary)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our dental team in a casual weekday role.

This position is ideal for a dental or oral health student, or someone with previous dental assisting experience who enjoys working in a modern, supportive environment.

About the Role

Your main focus will be to help keep our clinical operations running smoothly by:

Turning over and preparing treatment rooms between patients

Setting up for dental procedures

Reprocessing and sterilising instruments

Providing dental assisting support to clinicians when needed

You’ll be an important part of ensuring the day flows efficiently and patients are well cared for.

Excellent English comprehension and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and organised

Able to work well in a team and follow clinical protocols

Dental experience preferred (either current or previous)

Suited to OHT or dental students, or former dental assistants wanting flexible hours
