About The Role
The Digital Marketing & Design Assistant is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of our creative and marketing efforts across all digital touchpoints. This includes assisting with the creation of engaging content, updating our website and social platforms, designing visual assets, and helping to manage day-to-day marketing operations.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure the Computer Lounge brand is consistently presented in a way that excites and informs our audience, whether it’s a product launch, a social campaign, or a website refresh.

You're a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for digital media, design, and tech. You’re comfortable switching between tasks, one moment you’re editing a banner for the website, the next you’re planning a social post, updating a product listing, dancing in a TikTok, or assisting with a weekly email campaign.

Ideally, you’ll already have your own growing channel, whether on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or another platform, with a solid follower base and a passion for creating content that connects. If you love sharing your voice online and want to take it to the next level in a professional setting, this is the perfect opportunity.

Success Factors

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, flexible, and passionate about tech, marketing, and design. You’ll love getting involved, have a creative eye, and take pride in creating content that looks sharp and gets noticed.

You must have:

• 1 years’ experience in digital marketing, design, or similar creative roles

• A passion for gaming, tech, and computers

• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent)

• Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and tone

• Experience managing and creating social media platforms

• Video editing or motion graphics skills a bonus (Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.)

• Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (Shopify or similar preferred)

• Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

• A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
