We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our team. Flamingo believes customer service is an integral part of our service offering and strives to provide excellent customer support to enhance the overall user experience.

This is a remote role and candidates can be based anywhere in New Zealand.

We pay the Living Wage - $28.95 per hour.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Inbound and outbound customer calls
• Responding to rider support requests and reports via email
• Extensive use of various in-house systems
• Working alongside ground staff to respond to queries and requests
• Remotely controlling scooters
• Managing and resolving enquiries, complaints and disputes efficiently
• Reviewing rider parking photos to ensure compliance with parking standards
• Complying with and contributing strongly to a company culture of safety

You must:

• Have excellent communication skills with a focus on providing superior customer service
• Have a high degree of computer literacy
• Have the ability to work under pressure and multi task
• Be a customer focused person
• Be motivated and excited to learn
• Have the ability to work well with others
• Be hard working and willing to go the extra mile

Between 15 and 40 hours a week are available. Flexibility is available to work around other commitments. Times of work can be discussed. Some availability on weekends and over the Christmas and New Year period is essential.
