About the Role:
As a kitchen hand, you’ll take care the cleaning section of our busy kitchen, ensuring servewear turned around efficiently before and after peak hours, while helping the kitchen with frying and steaming during peak hours, with consistency, quality, and excellence in food preparation and presentation on your shifts, and shift handovers. You’ll work closely with the Chefs to maintain high standards while keeping team work to every dish and flow of the entire service.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, steam, fry, following venue recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain quality, speed, and consistency in food preparation and service.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food control regulations.
• Keep kitchen dish area organised, including mise en place and deep cleaning duties.
• Communicate effectively with the front of house and chef team to ensure smooth operations and best customer service in every aspect.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Cook, Kitchen hand, or in a similar role.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Understanding of food preparation, allergens, and dietary accommodations.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including till late nights and weekends.
