- Long term role for the right person
The Three Main Missions:
Dynamic and flexible helper wanted for a diverse role combining Mini-Personal Assistant (for a busy exec), Household Management, and Pet Care for a sweet 9 month old puppy. If you are super-organized, enjoy variety and have a high level of integrity - this role offers flexible hours and will be a great fit for the right person!
Chief Dog Officer (CDO): When I’m busy or at work, your main focus is the little man himself (a 9 month old puppy). This involves walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and generally being a reliable, fun companion.
The "Mini-PA": Running errands, picking things up, organizing personal life admin, and being my extra pair of hands for whatever is needed.
Household Captain: You’ll ensure the house runs smoothly. This includes restocking groceries, organizing the cleaner, coordinating car washes, and managing minor household maintenance/odd jobs.
This role will be a great fit for someone who is:
Flexible: You're happy with a variety of days and hours and you can roll with the punches
Health & Fitness: This is quite an active role and you'll be here, there and everywhere so a high degree of fitness is required.
A Traveler: Happy to hop on a plane or in a car for national travel on occasion (with or without the dog!) - this is semi optional.
Organized: Your Google Calendar is a thing of beauty, and you enjoy making lists.
Trustworthy: High integrity in this role is a must!
The Logistics:
Location: Auckland CBD - parking may be provided if necessary.
Dates: Interviews will be run over the next 2 weeks and hoping to finalize a decision by mid-December.
Holiday Break: We are OFF duty between December 20th and January 10th (Enjoy your Xmas/New Year!).
How to Apply:
I’m looking for personality and fit over a generic corporate application.
Please send through your CV and a headshot / photo and any social media links that you're comfortable sharing so I can put a face to the name in advance.
Cover Letter: Not required! However, if you want to tell me a bit more about who you are, why you love dogs, and what makes you a master organizer, feel free to include a note in addition to what's in your CV.
Ready to meet the pup and start using those organization skills? Apply now!
