Gourmet Summerfruit is a large horticultural operation, with a small passionate team. We have a core group of employees year-round, that increases seasonally when our cherry & blueberry crops are ripe and ready for picking.

As a Cherry/Blueberry Harvest Supervisor you will have a vital role during our busiest time of year, looking after staff from all over the world. A few specific responsibilities will include supervising our seasonal staff, ensuring that they are productive and picking to our high-quality standards. Assigning staff into rows and entering buckets/kilos picked into our recording system.

In this role you need to be confident not only working in a team, but also independently. Have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people.
