The purpose of the role is to primarily assist with the harvesting of Blueberries & Cherries. A harvest runner plays a vital role in the day to day harvest activities. Ensuring blocks are set up prior to the days start and full crates & buckets are collected as soon as possible, moving equipment throughout the orchard when needed and supporting the supervisors in any way they can.

You will work within a team interacting with seasonal staff from all over the world. Having good communication skills and following instructions are a must as you will responsible for your own RT and working in areas that are several blocks apart and taught to drive a quad bike. Majority of our staff our international students or those on working holiday visas so being culturally sensitive and having patience is a must.
