Overview

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts organiser and creator. Someone passionate about making brands shine on social media at the same time as creating and updating efficient systems for others to follow. This is a part time, 3 month, fixed term role, with the potential to be extended based on results and performance.

About Us

Our team delivers STEM content to communities across NZ, making learning meaningful, accessible, and inclusive at the same time as championing technical and life skills for future use. We work alongside schools, community organisations, families, and neurodivergent clients to introduce them to topics like coding, robotics, 3D printing, and science.

Role Responsibilities

• Implement systems for social platform upkeep
• Create templates, guides, and brand rules that keep our voice consistent
• Set up and manage scheduling tools
• Post, reply, and engage with our community online
• Brainstorm new ideas that improve our image and engagement
• Monitor trends and experiment with creative approaches
• Keep our platforms and website updated, polished, and relevant
• Track and report insights

Requirements

• Experience with Mailchimp
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with Meta management tools
• Experience with design
• History of social media management
• Bonus - Wordpress experience
• This team member must be a self-starter, solutions focused, and always be thinking ahead
