About the role:

  • Join an established friendly and supportive Firmware team.
  • Embedded bare-metal and RTOS programming in C
  • Be responsible for the design, development and testing of robust embedded software applications.
  • Assist with new product introduction with the design, development and testing of factory test fixtures and work instructions.
  • Support of in-field products across our platform range.
  • Be involved in all phases of the product development life cycle, from understanding requirements, specification development, coding, validation, software release.

What you bring to the role:

  • Passionate to create the next generation of IoT devices.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer or Software Engineering.
  • Proficient in C and software tools (on-chip debugging, git version control).
  • Reliable and responsible, with safety and product quality in focus.
  • Great team player and excellent verbal/written communication.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in bare-metal (super-loop) firmware engineering.
  • Familiar with hardware schematics, and using appropriate tools (oscilloscope, digital multi-meter, soldering).
  • Experience with low power systems.
  • Networking and wireless technology experience.
