Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding in-store experience by welcoming customers, assisting with their needs, and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Accurately process sales transactions including cash, invoice, and credit payments.
- Manage exchanges, credit notes, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Set up new customer accounts and update existing account details as needed.
- Demonstrate strong numeracy skills to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Follow up promptly on any customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
