We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused individual to join our team in a unique role that blends Executive Assistant (EA) support, office & community coordination, and after-school care supervision. This is a dynamic, hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making a real impact in both workplace operations and community life.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant (EA) Support
Provide direct support to leadership with diary management, scheduling, and correspondence.
Assist with reporting, presentations, and project coordination.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Outbound calls and appointment setting
Administration & Office Management
Data entry and general admin support.
Manage consumables, restocking, tidying, and shared space upkeep.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors where needed.
Community & Wellbeing
Act as a Wellbeing Champion, promoting positive workplace culture and initiatives.
Lead tours of our shared space and childcare facilities.
Engage and grow our community through events, connections, and activities.
After-School Care Supervision
Provide safe, caring, and fun supervision for children in our Out of School Care program.
Support a nurturing environment that encourages play, learning, and wellbeing.
About You
Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented.
Organised and detail-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in both professional and childcare settings.
Skilled communicator with a “can-do” attitude.
Requirements
Full driver’s licence and access to a car (essential).
This is a 100% on-site role (no remote work). 30 hours per week.
Previous experience as an EA, office administrator, or in childcare is an advantage — but attitude, initiative, and reliability are key.
