We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused individual to join our team in a unique role that blends Executive Assistant (EA) support, office & community coordination, and after-school care supervision. This is a dynamic, hands-on position perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making a real impact in both workplace operations and community life.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant (EA) Support

  • Provide direct support to leadership with diary management, scheduling, and correspondence.

  • Assist with reporting, presentations, and project coordination.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Outbound calls and appointment setting

Administration & Office Management

  • Data entry and general admin support.

  • Manage consumables, restocking, tidying, and shared space upkeep.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors where needed.

Community & Wellbeing

  • Act as a Wellbeing Champion, promoting positive workplace culture and initiatives.

  • Lead tours of our shared space and childcare facilities.

  • Engage and grow our community through events, connections, and activities.

After-School Care Supervision

  • Provide safe, caring, and fun supervision for children in our Out of School Care program.

  • Support a nurturing environment that encourages play, learning, and wellbeing.

About You

  • Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented.

  • Organised and detail-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in both professional and childcare settings.

  • Skilled communicator with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Full driver’s licence and access to a car (essential).

  • This is a 100% on-site role (no remote work). 30 hours per week.

  • Previous experience as an EA, office administrator, or in childcare is an advantage — but attitude, initiative, and reliability are key.

What We Offer

  • Variety in your day – from supporting leadership to engaging with community and children.

  • A meaningful role – make a difference across the workplace, families, and the wider community.

  • Supportive team culture – we value initiative, positivity, and personal growth.
