Duties will include:
Managing bar service & serving guests with a smile
Managing a team of bar staff, intoxication levels & beverage stock
What you’ll need:
A current Duty Manager's certificate
Thorough understanding of NZ laws around safe alcohol consumption
The ability to work both alone and in a team environment
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in a busy, fast paced environment
