*** RESPONSIBILITIES ***
- Greet customers in a polite manner
- Take beverage orders accurately and serve in correct glassware and using correct serving sizes
- Ensure accurate processing of customer transactions
- Ensure glasses / bottles are cleared away promptly when customers are finished
- Ensure fridges are kept stocked and the bar area is kept tidy at all times
*** REQUIREMENTS ***
- Customer service focused and a good communicator
- Comprehensive beverage knowledge
- Cocktail making experience is highly regarded (basic level)
- Well presented
- Team player and a positive attitude
- Speak fluent English
