This position will suit a student (preferably living within walking distance of lower Queen Street, CBD) who is keen to have a simple ongoing up to two hours per working day part-time work cleaning our offices; preferably from 8:30am - 10:30am, Monday to Friday (except any holidays). (Alternative / other timings are possible, please feel free to discuss.) All cleaning equipment / material will be provided. We are an investment business house with a small-dedicated team of five members occupying a boutique office of only 150m2, which needs to be cleaned daily. We have budgeted for this expense for the current period ending 31 March 2026, so we can presently only offer a fixed-term contract to this date. Once the budget is approved for the period beyond this date, we would gladly offer you an extension to this fixed-term contract. While this job is initially slated to just involve cleaning, for the right student it provides the opportunity to experience working in an office; there may be more desk-bound work (additional hours, if required / possible) for the suitable candidate.
