We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person to join our Kids Art Works team through the busy end-of-year period.

This is a fixed-term role combining customer service and pre-print production, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, a fast-paced environment, and being part of a small, friendly team.

In this role, you’ll

• Enter customer orders and handle general admin tasks
• Assist with pre-print production and artwork scanning
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails
• Support the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time

We’re looking for someone who

• Has excellent English communication, written and verbal
• Is confident using websites, apps, and computer systems
• Has great attention to detail and accuracy
• Has previous customer service experience and enjoys helping others
• Is reliable, motivated, and proactive
• Works well in a team but is also comfortable working independently
• Thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment and can stay calm under pressure
• Is flexible, as hours can vary when things get busy
