We are looking for a customer service extraordinaire to fill a Permanent-Part time role at the Otago Golf Club.

Hours:

• Saturday afternoon/evening

• Sundays 11am–close

• Additional shifts available for functions and events

• Will be needed over December/January and ongoing

(Hours may vary over winter)

Are you:

• Socially confident, SUPER service orientated and very personable.

• The holder of an LCQ Qualification, or above the age of 20 yrs so that you can obtain your LCQ;

• Extremely RELIABLE and punctual

Key Duties:

• Bar and meal service

• Overseeing daily operations during shifts

• Maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests

• Compliance with licensing and health & safety requirements

• Barista knowledge an advantage

• Some heavy lifting required

Requirements:

• Current Manager’s Certificate, or willingness to obtain one (club will support the right candidate)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Hospitality or bar experience preferred
