The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Ad Ops & Marketing Strategist to help manage and grow Kepla.

You’ll work across two key areas:

  • Customer Delivery & Ad Ops – managing and overseeing campaigns in Kepla for our customers, setting up integrations, testing ad templates, and improving workflows.
  • Marketing & Brand Growth – helping drive Kepla’s own marketing, creating campaigns, content, and inbound lead gen strategies across our key verticals (e.g. property)

This role suits a graduate or early-career marketer who’s proactive, detail-driven, and keen to fast-track their career at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer onboarding and campaign delivery inside the Kepla platform
  • Oversee integrations, tracking setup, and campaign pacing
  • Build and refine ad templates and creative playbooks
  • Support Kepla’s marketing efforts - writing posts, creating campaigns, and managing content
  • Contribute ideas for inbound lead gen and brand building
  • Analyse campaign results, spot trends, and feed insights back into the product and marketing teams
  • Continuously improve our systems, processes, and automation
