The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Ad Ops & Marketing Strategist to help manage and grow Kepla.
You’ll work across two key areas:
- Customer Delivery & Ad Ops – managing and overseeing campaigns in Kepla for our customers, setting up integrations, testing ad templates, and improving workflows.
- Marketing & Brand Growth – helping drive Kepla’s own marketing, creating campaigns, content, and inbound lead gen strategies across our key verticals (e.g. property)
This role suits a graduate or early-career marketer who’s proactive, detail-driven, and keen to fast-track their career at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer onboarding and campaign delivery inside the Kepla platform
- Oversee integrations, tracking setup, and campaign pacing
- Build and refine ad templates and creative playbooks
- Support Kepla’s marketing efforts - writing posts, creating campaigns, and managing content
- Contribute ideas for inbound lead gen and brand building
- Analyse campaign results, spot trends, and feed insights back into the product and marketing teams
- Continuously improve our systems, processes, and automation
You’ll Thrive Here If You:

- Have a degree or some form of exposure to marketing, communications, or data analytics

- Are comfortable working across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc)
