The Optical Assistant’s primary role is to ensure that clients are welcomed, comfortable, well-informed, and attended to, and to assist them in selecting the most appropriate spectacles or visual aids for their needs and style. You will work alongside an experienced team and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.

While experience is valuable, you don’t need to know everything on day one - what matters most is your attitude: being adaptable, having a genuine interest in helping people, and a willingness to learn and grow.
