Eye Surgeons is a leading private ophthalmology clinic based in Cambridge and they are on the lookout for a Patient Coordinator star to join their welcoming team. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing incoming calls with a calm, confident and kind approach. Every day is different – from delightfully easy conversations through to helping patients who may be feeling worried or needing extra care. Your role is to triage each call, reassure the patient, and make sure they are directed to the right place. Alongside this, you will assist with a range of administrative tasks that keep the clinic running smoothly. It’s important that you are comfortable in a professional medical environment, embrace technology, and have that reassuring, reliable style where you simply do what you say you will do.
