Want to escape the daily grind of your current role? We have the key to unlock your potential as the new Game Master for our team. We are a young, dynamic company going from strength to strength in New Zealand.

The aim of the game is to escape from a themed room before the time is up. To escape, players need to find clues and solve unique puzzles. Our product is different, challenging, and fun. We provide a unique experience that we want you to be a part of.

As a Game Master, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing escape games, setting up escape game rooms, handling queries via phone and email, carrying out administration related to the games, invoicing, assisting in the design of new experiences, ad hoc sales and marketing activities and managing Game Master Assistants. We're looking for people who have experience in:

• Delivering excellent customer service
• Multi-tasking and managing day to day operations under time pressure
• Working alone and on occasions managing a small team
• Using computers and basic applications with confidence

If you have:

• Excellent communication skills
• A creative brain
• The ability to solve puzzles and brain teasers – you must enjoy it too!
• A keen eye for detail
• Reliable and trustworthy

In addition, you need a great sense of humor and patience. You have to have a can-do attitude, be able to relate to all walks of life and be self-motivated and self-managing.

You will be working in a fun and professional environment, based in the heart of Auckland CBD. Our opening hours are Sun - Thu: 10 am - 10 pm and Fri - Sat: 10 am - 11:30 pm. We are looking for flexibility to work anytime between these hours based on a casual contract. Summer holiday availability is key.
