Vacant property requiring maintenance and finishing of fixing of damage in the house.  Must have experience in handywork, gibbing holes, painting and basic filling/plastering.   Will require to make lists to go purchase materials from Bunnings, and then tidy up windows, doors, and anything that needs fixing. Mainenance work is a must. Own basic tools required. Work available asap.
