Party Warehouse is Christchurch’s go-to for marquees, parties, and events. From epic festivals & weddings to corporate functions and backyard birthdays, we hire and sell everything needed to make celebrations come to life.

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service Superstar who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, think on their feet, and get stuff sorted.

A typical day might include

Helping customers in-store and over the phone - from party planners to wedding couple

Handling sales, customer accounts, and a bit of admin

Pitching in with stock management and keeping the branch looking sharp

Lending a hand in the workshop with basic maintenance or gear checks

Solving problems and keeping things running smoothly — whatever the day throws at you

You’ll smash this role if you:

Love getting stuck in and making things happen

Can think on your feet and stay cool when it gets busy

Are practical, proactive, and always looking for better ways to do things

Are great with people and know how to build relationships

Don’t mind a bit of hands-on work and value a safe, tidy workspace

Are reliable, upbeat, and a team player through and through
