Key Responsibilities.

Help optimise and grow our social media presence, using creative strategies to lift engagement and connect more people with our services.
Review and refine our current social media profiles, developing a clear strategy to improve reach, consistency, and engagement.
Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc).
Create and work with our retailers to concept, design and deliver point of sales marketing.
Manage our team of content creators.
Use blogs and articles written by our professional team to craft engaging social media posts, boost interaction on our platforms, and encourage people to explore and book our services.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional, friendly manner.
Track social media and website analytics (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions, Google Analytics) and prepare short reports with recommendations.
Suggest and implement campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and website visits.
Keep website content up to date (news, blogs, events, services, testimonials).
Research trends in digital marketing and holistic health to inspire content ideas.
Collaborate with the sales team on marketing plans and promotions.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid knowledge of key social media platforms and their algorithms.
Solid understanding of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc).
At a minimum, basic photo/video editing skills
Openminded creativity with an eye for design and storytelling.
Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise tasks.
Keen interest in fishing and the outdoors
Initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools e.g., Meta Business.
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Will require a moderate level of fitness.
Basic graphic design and video editing abilities
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Bonus skills

Experience with paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, or Google).
Search engine optimisation (SEO) knowledge.
Email marketing or newsletter creation.
