ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a sharp, curious graduate ready to learn fast and help us turn complex business processes into clear, engaging learning. This is a hands-on role in a successful digital company that works with large businesses and government clients. You’ll use Microsoft 365, be trained in modern learning tools (like Courso, Rise, and Vyond) and supported as you grow your skills in digital instructional design, script writing, information mapping, and AI-assisted content creation and management.
We require someone who enjoys making sense of information and missing pieces, has strong communication and skills, can make complex read and feel simple and engaging, and is comfortable working with digital tools and systems.
Note: What this job is not.
This isn’t a video editing or graphic design job. We’re not looking for designers, comp sci grads, social media creators or motion artists.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and interpret business documents, processes, and systems
- Structure and transform information into clear flowing learning content
- Build digital learning resources using tools like Courso, Rise, Canva, and Office
- Use AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) to assist in content creation and brainstorming
- Work collaboratively with senior team members and stakeholders
- Test and review learning modules across mobile and desktop formats
- Continuously learn new tools, methods, and instructional design principles
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Recent graduate (communications, arts, education, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills – clear, concise, and logical
- A natural curiosity and ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, or any content creation tools
- Comfort working across web-based platforms (desktop and mobile)
- Interest in learning about AI, instructional design, and user experience
- A reliable, detail-oriented work style and willingness to learn fast
- You're comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks and projects
- You can learn new things quickly and also multitask.
- You're someone who is comfortable be thrown the full puzzle rather then coaxed in.
- A calm demeanour, able to shift focus fast, along with a great can-do attitude
- You approach challenges with a critical eye and a bias for action - thinking things through, then getting it done
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Problem solve a lot 🤔
- Gather information, craft scripts, and piece together a story
- Liaise with clients, listen, and ask smart questions to understand their challenges
- Create micro learning materials, user guides and other deliverables for internal [other team members] and external clients
- Work with other team members to devise ways to provide rapid solutions to a range of challenges
