As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll:

• Visit the Takapuna campus to capture photos and short videos of school life
• Manage and update social media channels with engaging content
• Support website updates and basic SEO improvements (training provided)
• Create flyers, brochures, and digital assets using Canva or similar tools
• Repurpose existing content (e.g. newsletters, teacher updates) into posts
• Assist with simple ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Provide short weekly updates on marketing activity

About You

• Based in Auckland and able to come on campus regularly (Takapuna)
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Confident taking/editing photos or short videos (phone is fine)
• Familiar with Canva, Squarespace, or social media platforms
• Organised, proactive, and happy to work independently
• Any prior marketing or comms experience (student club, small business, internship) is a plus
