The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House staff to join our passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for French cuisine and café culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining excellent service standards
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations when required
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
• Process payments and operate the POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Ensure all guests feel welcomed and well looked after

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous front of house or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
• Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Well-groomed and presentable
• A genuine interest in French cuisine and hospitality
• Barista or bar experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, or evenings
