Come and join our team in beautiful Portobello. The Portobello Hotel & Bistro will be opening a seperate food trailer to cater to the takeaway fish and chip market over the busy summer season. You will be working in a team to cook fish and chips to order out of our brand new food trailer- parked right next door to our Ice Cream parlour. You'd be resposible for cooking, record keeping and also cleaning at the end of the shift. Specific hours to be negoatiated, and individuals will be placed on a roster with some flexibility- but we would need you to be available Friday nights and weekends (although not all those every week).

Any experiance in the hospitality industry would be an advantage, but we will provide full training. Starting date mid November, but training available from the end of October.
