looking for a reliable and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide casual support with both business and personal tasks. This role is flexible and ideal for someone who can step in as needed, manage multiple priorities, and work with discretion and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support (emails, scheduling, filing, errands).
• Assist with calendar management, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and general correspondence.
• Organise travel arrangements and bookings when required.
• Support with personal errands (shopping, pick-ups, deliveries, etc.).
• Assist with research and preparation of documents, reports, or presentations.
• Keep track of tasks, reminders, and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Skills & Attributes
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
