We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Build Crew. As a team member, you will play a key role in setting up the event site, including moving and arranging exhibitor freight and materials. Candidates must be able to operate a pallet jack and safely move pallets of exhibitor freight.

• Assist with general set up
• Operate pallet jacks to move exhibitor freight
• Ensure the event site is organized and safe for all crew and exhibitors
• Assist with Goodie Bag set up and Packing on Friday afternoon
• Collaborate with the team to complete event setup efficiently

This is a one-off role, you must be able to work both shifts listed.

Friday 17 October 2025 8am - 9pm

Sunday 19 October 3.45pm - 8.30pm

Work is located at Eventfinda Stadium, Wairau Valley, North Shore, Auckland
