The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
This is an entry-level role with plenty of learning opportunities. It’s a full-time, fixed-term position for around four months, with exact dates to be confirmed once the recruitment process is complete. The salary is approximately $60,000 per annum, pro rata for the duration of the contract.
You’ll support our Business Support and Property Procurement teams with:
- Accurate data entry and database updates
- Processing invoices and accounts payable
- Adding and tracking assets
- Ordering consumables and supporting meetings (setup, agendas, minutes)
You’ll get exposure to real systems, processes, and projects — a great way to build your CV and confidence.

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Computer competency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Accurate data entry skills
