At BTL Engage, we’re looking for an Admin & Customer Service Superstar to support our fast-paced marketing agency a couple of days a week.

Whether you’re a student, recent grad, or simply someone who thrives in an admin role and wants industry experience, this is the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate sampling bookings across stores nationwide via phone and email
• Manage and update admin documents, contracts, and campaign paperwork
• Generate and analyse weekly reports with ambassador feedback, photos, and performance data
• Support campaign planning with research and general admin
• Assist the experiential team with logistics, dispatch, and communication
• Research into upcoming campaigns

What We're Looking For:

• A people person
• Clear communicator with confident phone manner and excellent written skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable, punctual and can work to a deadlines
• Experience in admin, customer service, or office support roles
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Mac systems
• A can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative
• Passionate about marketing, sales and promotions
