Retail / Retail Assistant

MUST be available to work every Monday. The main objective is to wow our customers with their requirements for professional hair services and home care products. This involves: 1) Welcoming clients as they enter the salon 2) Assisting clients find the brand/product they are looking for 3) Booking in hair service appointments efficiently and effectively 4) Ensuring payment transactions are handled effciently 5) Fare welling customers and inviting them to return 6) Confident in answering the phone to make appointments for our clients or answering questions. The successful applicant will enjoy the fashion industry, be a great team player, have excellent communication skills with all ages both male and female. Love giving great customer service and be able to make the customer feel special and relaxed while in store. You must be honest, reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team. You would need to be driven to achieve your personal goals and also the stores business objectives. Ideally you need to be a people person who enjoys helping and giving amazing service so the clients wish to return to the store. It would be of great benefit if you had some haircare knowledge and hairdressing background, but we do give full training as to give the clients that extra special service and advice you need to understand the products. We have a very loyal and lovely clientele but need to keep growing it. It's a fun industry to work in and the role can be very rewarding. You MUST be available to work every Monday.
