What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pricing and Costing — Costing builds and preparing tender responses.
• Collaboration — Work with the R&D team to innovate and improve products.
• Material Mastery — Benchmarking raw material costs and managing supplier relationships.
• Site Measures & Problem Solving — Conducting site visits and resolving on-site issues.
• Strategic Contributions — Assisting with reporting, contracts, and risk analysis to support key decisions.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying (essential) with an excellent academic record.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills — A sharp mind to help with smart decisions.
• Construction Knowledge — Familiar with industry standards and ready to master the details.
• Organised & Strategic — You approach tasks with foresight and purpose.
