This dynamic and energetic role includes showing our advertised properties to let on Saturdays to prospective tenants.

Able to multi task and deal with clients from all walks of life

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:-

A friendly phone and personal manner

Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken

A professional standard of dress at all times

Excellent knowledge of Wellington and its suburbs

Excellent familiarity with internet based applications

Clean full drivers license is essential.

Experience in dealing with people, an interest in residential property and a sound street knowledge of the Wellington region are all essential.

Hours of work 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday.
