Customer Service

· Greet Customers as they Enter

· Thank/ Encourage Back customers as they Exit

· Direct Customers to relevant sections of store or
other staff.

Shrinkage Minimisation

· Be aware of store and surroundings at all time
to minimise theft

· Engage positively with any suspect customers

· Check Receipts and Bags where relevant

· Encourage customers to adhere to Conditions of
Entry

· Liaise closely with Mall security

· Exiting any customers who are suspicious or do
not abide by policy

· Trespassing customers where required Keep front areas of store tidy between customers
