We Are Loud is a small modern music school based in Glen Eden, West Auckland. Our focus is on creating a safe space for musicians and teachers of all backgrounds to work in a supportive environment. We are a female run studio, rainbow and neurodiversity-friendly.

We are currently looking for new teachers for 2026 specialising in guitar, piano and voice (multi-instrumentalists preferred) but welcome applications from all instrumentalists.

As we are a private studio, our busiest hours are 3-7pm during weekdays, and 10am-5pm on Saturdays & Sundays, although we don't expect any team-member to be available every day and can be flexible.

Our student base is extremely varied so we are looking for teachers who are comfortable working with students from all backgrounds, cultures and with a variety of needs. Support and further training can be given and we do our best to ensure opportunities for upskilling, personal and professional development are available to all of our teachers.

Further study/music degree preferred but not essential. All applicants must be able to pass a police vetting check to work with young people.

Pay range is $30-45/hour depending on experience.
